What can you do?

While we were at the location this picture was taken at, we found a young boy that broke our hearts, and what I saw him doing I will never forget. A young boy was sitting with his legs spread on the ground, pushing his fingers down his throat so he would throw up. He did it again, and again, and again, and who knows how long he was doing it before we got there. He was really sick, and the people there told us he had a really bad headache for three months now. We tried to tell them that inducing vomiting doesn't help headaches, and we urged them to take the boy to the hospital. We're not sure if they ever did, and if they didn't, chances are that boy isn't living anymore.
